The primary color of the 2022 R 1250 R is as timeless as the roadster itself: The Black Storm Metallic paint emphasizes the motorcycle’s consistent look. The Style Sport is available for those with a sports mood. There is also a Style Exclusive option, which has Mineral Gray Metallic. For the classic look, the base model is painted in Black Storm Metallic – the front-wheel cover, front spoiler, tank side trim, and rear panels get this fine paint job. The robust engine includes a BMW ShiftCam variable valve timing system, a single balance shaft, electronic fuel injection, and a double overhead camshaft. When paired with a constant-mesh 6-speed transmission with a hydraulically operational, oil-filled clutch, the R 1250 R delivers up to 136 horsepower and 105 lb.-ft of torque.
