      Promotion Details: Starting February 27, 2025, and running through April 30, 2025, KTM will be advertising this promotion to consumers as a PG&A Value-Add Retail Sales Promotion on select new 2024 and 2023 KTM offroad street model motorcycles.

      During this promotion period customers purchasing a select new, unregistered 2024 or 2023 KTM street model motorcycle are eligible to receive up to $1,750 MSRP (excluding tax) in KTM POWERWEAR, POWERPARTS and/or SPAREPARTS (customer’s choice). KTM PG&A Value-Add Retail Sales Promotions will be processed as a Dealer Retail Registration Credit to dealers.

      Promotion Details: Available from February 27, 2025, and running through April 30, 2025, KTM is pleased to offer Dealer
      Retail Registration Rebates on select new model 2025, 2024 and 2023 offroad and street model motorcycles, providing the
      dealer with added selling power when negotiating retail sales. To qualify for these rebates, eligible motorcycles must be retail
      registered by end-of-day April 30, 2025.Dealer Retail Registration Rebates will be credited the following month once it is confirmed the customer did not utilize the Special Retail Financing offer (via reporting from our finance partners). 2. MAP POLICY
   Program Dates: February 27, 2025 – April 30, 2025

   To increase selling power and allow dealers to maximally leverage substantial rebates that are available on select offroad and street products, KTM is lifting the Minimal Advertised Price (MAP) Policy on certain models. These removals provide the dealer with flexibility and freedom to aggressively promote the product and negotiate retail sales. For a complete list of what models have a MAP Policy attached to them, please refer to the MAP POLICY REFERENCE GUIDE.

   Dealers cannot reduce or imply a reduced price at any time with a Business to Business (B2B) rebate on any unit(s) with a MAP Policy (YES), as those rebates are NOT consumer facing. MAP Policy enforcement is being applied consistently and proactively for all KTM authorized dealers, with varying audits occurring from time to time.

   Dealerships are responsible for abiding to the established MAP policies provided by KTM and are encouraged to educate themselves and staff members about these policies to avoid potential violations.
