The KTM 450 SX-F FACTORY EDITION raises the bar with a factory-level suspension upgrade that redefines READY TO RACE performance. Fitted as standard with the WP XACT PRO 7548 front fork and WP XACT PRO 8950 rear shock, this exclusive setup delivers unmatched precision, comfort, and control. The 48 mm WP XACT PRO 7548 fork features a closed-cartridge design with a unique valve system and friction-optimized internals, offering pinpoint response, rock-solid bottoming resistance, and consistent damping lap after lap. On the rear, the WP XACT PRO 8950 shock incorporates Supertrax technology and a linked damping system to maximize traction, smooth out harsh impacts, and boost rider confidence in every section of the track.
Air filter box
Made to provide maximum airflow, the air filter box is designed with positioned inlet ducts aimed at preventing air deformation and maintaining filter protection. The Twin Air filter and air filter design involve a simple fail-proof mounting system for safe and accurate tool-less installation. Quickly removing the left side panel allows for easy track-side maintenance. A vented air filter box cover is also included for all SX and SX-F models in the buy-pack.
Serviceability
The 2026 KTM 450 SX-F FACTORY EDITION is engineered and designed to provide riders with easy-to-access service parts, as well as suspension adjustability. This permits faster trackside and off-season maintenance, as well as simplifying motocross for novice riders without pit crews. This year, to add the cooling process, the radiator has a new closure that means opening and access is much easier and without the need for a lot of force.
